Lead the LTE Technology Introduction and Support team within ALU that is responsible for executing
FOA (First Office Application) for Verizon Wireless commercial LTE network in order to test new features
and capabilities on the LTE network including eNB, MME, SGW, SAM network elements that improve
capacity, performance and allows Verizon to continue to add/migrate subscribers to the LTE network. A
major accomplishment for 2014/2015 was the introduction of eMBMS in the Verizon network that
provides capabilities for subscribers to be able to take advantage of broadcast media streamed by Verizon.
This role involves significant customer interface and interactions with Sales team and Program Teams.

technical support for ALU customers globally. Lead global Technical Support teams located in
USA, Brazil, Argentina, Slovakia and China. Identified efficiency improvements and several
initiatives to ensure improved delivery of Technical Support and Outage Recovery functions.
Worked closely with the team to define VoLTE support strategy across Wireless, IMS and
Applications teams in order to ensure best in class support model is in place for major LTE
service providers. Worked several team restructuring initiatives in order to ensure efficient
support processes are in place eg: Global SmallCells Outage Recovery Team, 3G SmallCells
support re-alignment from China to Slovakia, Assisted Operations delivery model in CALA, ePC

24x7 Remote Technical Support to NAR customers including Verizon Wireless and AT&T LTE
deployments. Primary point of contact to Verizon Wireless for LTE field issues and outages.
Products included eNB, MME, SGW and PGW. Lead majority of the LTE outages reported by
NAR commercial customers. Worked closely with Wireless and IPD R&D/Product Management
to push for “Serviceability” features based on experience supporting the LTE deployments.
Worked closely with Maintenance Product Management to price Remote Technical Support
delivery in response to bids from customers. Continue to provide guidance to CALA, EMEA and
APAC regions on their readiness plans for LTE Support based on lessons learnt from NAR
experience. Provide hands on training opportunities to engineers from the other regions as part of
their LTE Support Readiness efforts. Partnering with China TSC to move some of the NAR
support work to China.

delivering Remote Technical Support across eNB, MME, SGW and PGW network elements. This
effort involved hiring staff, collaborating with LTE R&D/TIS/FOA teams to identify hands-on
training opportunities/internships, conducting bootcamps and working across organizations to
create the right infra-structure to ensure readiness. Negotiated alignment on the support and
escalation process across all the different teams involved in delivering LTE Technical Support.
While building the LTE team, led the team responsible for delivering Remote Technical Support
on 1X-RNC and CALEA solutions.

as a Service to AT&T.
